WHAT ARE THE ALLERGENS IN BOÎTE DE JOIE DESSERTS?

Allergens that can be found in Boîte de Joie desserts are dairy, eggs, gluten and tree nuts. Please do not purchase our products if you (or someone else) have any of the listed allergies.

HOW LONG DO BOÎTE DE JOIE DESSERTS STAY FRESH AND HOW SHOULD THEY BE STORED?

To optimize the freshness of your Boîte de Joie macarons and strawberries, they should be stored in the fridge for 2 to 3 days. Our cookies can stay fresh for 3 months, sometimes more, when sealed in an airtight container at room temperature.

CAN ANY BOÎTE DE JOIE DESSERT BE FROZEN AND EATEN AT A LATER DATE?

Absolutely! All of them can. Freeze the desserts you want to eat at a later date in an airtight container (cookies up to 1 year, macarons up to 4 months, strawberries up to 3 months) and thaw at room temperature uncovered when you are ready to indulge!

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY BOÎTE DE JOIE FLORALS?

Shortly after delivery, it is a good idea to remove your 12 roses, from your Paris box, trim flower ends by cutting off at least 2 to 3 cm, and put bouquet directly into lukewarm water. Monitor the water level daily and replace every 2 to 3 days, and re-trim ends by an extra 1 cm. For all other floral boxes, water them gently using a spray bottle. Simply part the flowers and spray water into the floral foam. Remember, flowers do not love heat!

 

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY MULBERRY SILK EYE MASKS AND SCRUNCHIES?

Hand-wash OR machine wash on delicate cycle (cold water). Use a mild detergent only (no softener or bleach). Place in a mesh laundry bag or an old pillowcase. Line dry out of direct sunlight. Gently iron with silk setting on.

CAN I RETURN MY BOÎTE DE JOIE ORDER?

All Boîte de Joie sales are final. Every order is made to order, therefore we do not accept refunds or exchanges at the moment.
