HOW LONG DO BOÎTE DE JOIE DESSERTS STAY FRESH AND HOW SHOULD THEY BE STORED?
To optimize the freshness of your Boîte de Joie éclairs, macarons and strawberries, they should be stored in the fridge for 2 to 3 days.
CAN ANY BOÎTE DE JOIE DESSERT BE FROZEN AND EATEN AT A LATER DATE?
Absolutely! All of them can. Freeze the desserts you want to eat at a later date in an airtight container up to 1 month (strawberries up to 3 months) and thaw at room temperature uncovered when you are ready to indulge!

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY BOÎTE DE JOIE FLORALS?
Shortly after delivery, it is a good idea to remove your 12 roses, from the La Boîte "Je T'aime", trim flower ends by cutting off at least 2 to 3 cm, and put bouquet directly into lukewarm water. Monitor the water level daily and replace every 2 to 3 days, and re-trim ends by an extra 1 cm. For all other floral boxes, water them gently using a spray bottle. Simply part the flowers and spray water into the floral foam. Remember, flowers do not love heat!
CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE FLAVOURS IN MY BOÎTE DE JOIE BOX?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer customization. All boxes have preset flavours per collection.
CAN I RETURN MY BOÎTE DE JOIE ORDER?
All Boîte de Joie sales are final. Every order is made to order, therefore we do not accept refunds or exchanges at the moment.
CAN I CANCEL MY BOÎTE DE JOIE ORDER?
